Why Diet and Exercise...

 

In 2014, the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics published an article where researchers found that people only lost noticeable weight if they combined exercise and reduced calories.

 

Also, exercise helps to manage stress, decrease cholesterol, and improves blood flow. The three in combiation improve heart health more than diet alone does.

 

Why? Diet alone doesn't strengthen the body. and people tend to think they can eat anyting they want if they are working out.
