I work with my clients design personalized menus and fitness routines that meet your schedule and tastes. 

 

I make complete daily entrees based off of your preferences including side dishes and sauces.

Custom Meal Planning
Meals to your needs

 

  • Plan a weekly menu for your approval; Lunches and dinners, but can include workout nutrition as well

  • Includes sides, sauces and desserts

  • Hand-picked fresh ingredients 

Adjusted to your Dietary constraints

 

Meals can be tailored for:

  • Food Allergies, sensitivities or intolerances

  • Personal preferences

  • Children's nutritional needs

No clean-up!

 

  • For weekly mail delivery, I do all preparation in my kitchen

  • Clearly label, package and store your meals

  • Provide menu and detailed reheating and / or serving instructions

  • For events or catering, I come to you, do set-up and clean-up.

Regardless of the number of meals, our fully custom Personal Chef service is $350 per week, plus groceries
